Bonding Structures
Many years ago, this was a major Flash project that grew out of my teaching of Bonding Structures to N5 (pre AP) students. With Flash no longer supported, I converted as much as I could into stand alone videos.

These resources were produced many years ago, and reflect the fact that I was trying to design a pathwy for Bonding Structures through the various ages & stages of Chemistry. I'm not going to change the original files but many were upgraded/improved/amended and the 'final' versions can be found in the relevant sections of the website dedicated to N5 and Higher Chemistry in particular.
These are the Resources I used in the CfE Materials Topic in S1/2 as a first 'hands-on' introduction to structure. Actual models are used as much as possible, with photographed versions on Posters to supplement. Emphasis is on observation and classification.

These are some of the earlier versions of Notes from the Elements & Bonding and Compounds & Bonding Topics in Higher Chemistry. While much of this should remain in the new Higher Course, there does seem to be some that is shifting into or overlapping with the N5 course.
